Customer Portal

The Customer Portal provides direct access to Viking’s case logging and tracking system, which is written within our Sage 200 CRM system.

The portal allows customers to directly create and view their own support jobs on our tracking system and keeps them up to date with progress. Shortly we will be releasing more functionality within the portal to personalise your user experience and provide a pathway to other content.
