Our Desktop Support is designed to work directly with your end-users to identify and correct any issues they may encounter.  We attempt to resolve your issues during the first phone call and may use Logmein Professional secure software to remotely control your PC or laptop thus minimising any disruption to users’ working day.

If a remote fix is not achievable, one of our engineers will attend site to get things running smoothly again as soon as possible
