VeCommerce The VeCommerce module provides seamless integration between your website and Sage 200, this provides more efficient processes enabling the sales cycle to be kept to a minimum, allowing greater throughput of orders and payments. Key elements of our product are definable customer and customer stock item updates to the website; customer and product 'best price' and price book options. VeCommerce allows full automation of order creation from the website or manual selection through a review screen. |

Commitment Accounting The Sage 200 Commitment Accounting module allows for the true reporting of commitments made by your organisation. It shows the standard YTD postings within the Sage 200 Nominal Ledger but also brings in commitments from the Purchase Order Processing modules and Nominal Ledger deferred postings. The additional facility to manually enter costs which have not yet been processed through a Sage 200 module permits creation of a report which reflects the total value of known “commitments” |

Delivery Tracking System The Delivery Tracking System from VMS offers customers the ability to manage their deliveries from overseas suppliers, simply, and effectively using the functionality built in. The user can set default shipping lead times, so that ETA’s & ETD’s can accurately reflect the business processes for each client. With it’s simple maintenance routines, and the ability to easily link purchase orders, at line or header level, to containers it’s the perfect tool for businesses who import products from overseas suppliers. |

Property Management System The solution provides a full property management system with bespoke software running on Sage 200 Commercials and Project Accounting. Key aspects of the system allow for collection of rents via direct debit, rental cash collections are scheduled separately to the accounting of the rentals receivable. Provision also for the collection of other amounts via direct debit. |
