Awards and Achievements

Sage, the world's leading provider of accounting and business management software solutions, introduced the concept of a Circle of Excellence in order to recognise and reward business partners who provide outstanding customer service and who’s customers are the most likely to recommend them to friends and colleagues. The Circle is open to all Sage Business Partners, no matter which product they sell from Sage's extensive portfolio, and out of the 1,500 attendees at Sage Visions only the top 1% were chosen to form the 15 member Circle - with Viking Management Systems taking first place.

On presenting the award to Viking Management Systems, Paul Stobart, CEO, UK and Ireland Region, Sage (UK) Limited, states, “We are delighted to present this award to Viking Management Systems. They represent excellence in customer service and are one of the first to join what I am sure will become an exclusive club. My congratulations go to all involved."

Explaining the concept of the Circle of Excellence Stobart continues, “Given that word of mouth recommendation is the most important driver of new business it makes sense to measure how our customers feel about us and our business partners. It follows that the more customers that we have in the market place recommending Sage and our business partners such Viking Management Systems to others, then the better the growth prospects are for all.”

Viking Management Systems Managing Director, Paul Barnett, says "To say this award was 'out of the blue' is an understatement. We expected the Circle to be filled with new dealers with a handful of customers. It is terrific that after 17 years of doing business and implementing well over 1000 business and accounting solutions our customers still rate us this highly. All of us at Viking would like to express our thanks to our customers who value our services so highly and we look forward to developing these relationships further."
