  • Access to 7 finance & accounts trained helpdesk consultants utilising 5 dedicated incoming telephone lines.
  • Maintenance also includes Sage Annual Licence Plan (SALP) and/or Sage Cover
  • 85% of all support calls are cleared during the initial call
  • 8:30am to 17:30pm helpdesk availability throughout Monday to Friday
  • On-line support brings the benefits of Viking help desk one step closer to your business
  • Jobs are allocated a unique Job Number which is used to track its progress
  • Customer is automatically emailed on job completion
  • Outstanding Jobs are constantly reviewed and escalated when necessary
  • Each customer is allocated an account manager who keeps in frequent contact
  • Monthly Seminars - Viking holds a minimum of 2 seminars per month to keep customer up to date with product developments
  • Hardware support – Viking also provide full hardware support including disaster recovery and 4 hour response on hardware covering parts and labour
