Hat Trick of Wins for Viking in Sage's Circle of Excellence

The 'Circle of Excellence' was established by Sage at the start of 2005 to encourage its business partners to excel in the service they provide to Sage customers. The measurement criterion underpinning the Circle of Excellence is Net Promoter® Primer, or NPP. This metric is designed to reflect the extent to which customers are prepared to recommend its Sage Business Partner. Crucially, it is based on surveys carried out with each Partners existing customer base.
Viking have already finished Sage’s financial year 2008 within the top five Sage partners for Sales of the Sage 200 suite. Chris Easey, Marketing Manager of Viking, believes that this combination of growth and quality of customer service makes Viking an ideal partner for any business considering Sage.
Explaining the concept of the ‘Circle of Excellence’ back in 2005, Paul Stobart said, "Given that word of mouth recommendation is the most important measure of a company’s performance, it makes sense to measure how our customers feel about us and our business partners”.

Viking Management Systems were awarded the prestigious Sage customer service award, ‘Circle of Excellence’ for the third time in the four year history of the awards, at Sage’s annual Business Partner Conference on 5th November.
The award was granted to Viking on the basis of its high levels of customer service, to its customer base, which would lead its customers to recommend both Viking and Sage to other prospective clients.
